In 2007 I formed Alignment Executive Coaching, LLC. I am currently accepting both new clients and applications for coaches who would like to join the practice.

Also in 2007, I joined Market Sense, Inc as a partner. With this move I gained access to a new set of tools including Sandler Training and evaluations by Objective Management Group.

In 2008 I accepted an invitation to join the advisory board of ADRevolution, based in Austin, TX.
