John is an experienced leader and manager with more than 16 years of experience in recruiting, training, managing, consulting and coaching.

John was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  He currently resides in Austin, Tx with his 2 children their dog.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in management of technology and policy & planning. 

John spent the early part of his career as a sales manager and then division head for a manufacturing firm.  After earning his advanced degree he headed a software company.

In his spare time, John is a martial arts instructor, and he enjoys wake boarding, snow boarding, SCUBA diving, outdoor activities, traveling, and live music.
